All authors must complete and sign the relevant forms. Scanned copies of the completed forms should be uploaded along with your manuscript. Use the links below to download the necessary forms.

Pre-Submission Checklist
Manuscript Format
Prepared using the official IMJH paper format (download below). Includes all sections (title, authors, abstract, keywords, main text, references, figures/tables).
Copyright Transfer Form
Completed and signed by ALL authors, accepting the journal's terms and conditions.
Author Registration Form
Completed for each author, providing full contact details and affiliations.
Originality & Authorship Declaration
Confirmed in the Copyright Form. Work is original, not published elsewhere, and all authors agree to submission.
Corresponding Author Details
Complete address, including pin code, state, and country, provided in the Copyright Form.
Reviewer's Report (for revised submissions)
If this is a revision, include a point-by-point response to reviewer comments using the Review Report Form.
